The need
Clarify the journeys of visitors, registered clients and administrators.
Graduation project · UX/UI
A complex service. Clear, role-specific journeys.
An urban rehabilitation platform for discovering projects and apartments, booking visits and organizing public, client and administrative experiences.
Explore the process
This case study presents my contribution within the two-person team: UX synthesis, persona, journey, wireframes, responsive interfaces and visual direction. The preserved visuals mainly document the public interface.
01Context & goals
The scope combines different needs: learning about a project, viewing an apartment, arranging a visit or managing content. The design distinguishes these uses within a shared structure.
Clarify the journeys of visitors, registered clients and administrators.
Combine UX research, role-based architecture, wireframes and responsive UI.
A coherent platform concept, from project discovery to account management.
04Final interface
The final presentation shows desktop and mobile versions of the public interface. The academic scope also included client-account and administrative-management journeys.
Project discovery, apartment information and visit booking.
Profile, reservation history and account management.
Management of projects, apartments, tenders, statistics and news.
05Design decisions
Separate public discovery, client-account actions and administration rather than overloading one navigation model.
Move from project to apartment to visit, organizing how much information is presented at each stage.
Define desktop and mobile priorities at the wireframe stage.
What I take from it
ARRU illustrates how I connect UX framing, architecture, visual identity and responsive interfaces within a team project.
